A new website on algorithmic decision-making systems in New York

JFI advised Harvard Kennedy School students on their interactive website which illuminates what algorithmic decision-making systems are and how New York government uses them.

The site provides a general-interest overview of the functioning of these systems, then gives examples for how algorithms are used in the NYC Public Library, Housing Authority, and Department of Education.
