Sidhya Balakrishnan speaking at “Keeping it Real OC: Building Financial Strength for Vulnerable Families”
Orange County United Way invites you to a “Keeping it Real OC” dialogue hosting a panel of experts to learn about the opportunities available for our most vulnerable families to build financial strength.
Come and hear about national best practices and how income support for our OC neighbors can lead to self-sufficiency for those struggling to meet their basic needs. Speakers include Sidhya Balakrishnan, JFI Director of Research, alongside Terri Olle of Economic Security Project, David Neumark of UC-Irvine, Jonathan Morduch of NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, and Linda Nguyen of Wells Fargo Social Impact and Sustainability. The discussion is moderated by Bill Maurer of UC-Irvine and United Way Orange County.
